Customer Success Manager – Construction, Digitalization
TimeSecCustomer Success Manager guiding clients through digital transformation processes in the construction industry. Responsible for customer engagements from demo to successful implementation, ensuring satisfaction and collaboration.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are the central interface between product and customer
- You guide prospects and customers in digitizing their processes — from the first demo to successful everyday use
- Conduct online demos & product presentations
- Advise customers on digitizing their processes
- Guide prospects through to the decision (including closing)
- Manage existing customers and expand collaboration
- Support onboarding and implementation
- Present TimeSec at events and conferences
- Work closely with Product and Sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent German skills (C2 / native)
- Enjoy direct customer contact
- Interest in digitalization and SaaS
- Open-minded, strong communication skills and empathy
- Solution-oriented thinking
- Comfortable with presentations and customer calls
- Ideally some prior customer-facing experience (not mandatory)
