• Write, edit, and review user-facing technical documentation such as operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting instructions.
• Work with SMEs to identify valuable user-facing information worth capturing.
• Create single-source, topic-based, highly-reusable content using the web-based CCMS Paligo.
• Use conditional content filters to create flexible, adaptable content for use across dozens of publications.
• Capture clear instructional photos to accompany the content you create.
• Perform other documentation-related tasks as required.
