About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for developing and implementing measures to reduce the environmental impact caused by the company’s or client’s processes.
  • Plan, execute and monitor forest restoration projects across different biomes.
  • Manage contracts, ensuring deadlines are met, technical quality, and resource optimization.
  • Coordinate and guide multidisciplinary teams, promoting technical alignment and staff development.
  • Conduct project performance analyses and prepare technical reports to monitor restoration progress.
  • Liaise with environmental agencies, institutional partners and suppliers.
  • Monitor and propose improvements to ecological monitoring protocols for restoration.
  • Support the definition of strategies related to plant nutrition and soil management in restoration areas.
  • Availability to relocate and travel frequently, according to project needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma completed.
  • Technical or university degree in Administration or related fields preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of cost control and administrative processes.
  • Experience with large-scale contracts (e.g., mining).
  • Experience with measurement control and service monitoring.
  • Experience with fleet management and operational support.
