About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively participate in Attraction and Selection processes, connecting talent to business needs, supporting leadership decision-making, and contributing to the development of high-performance teams and the strengthening of organizational culture.
  • Lead end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes, from aligning job profiles with hiring managers to sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates using behavioral and technical interviews;
  • Review psychological reports and other assessment instruments, contributing to accurate, best-practice HR decisions;
  • Source, attract and select talent for internal and external positions, ensuring quality and adherence to selection timelines;
  • Monitor, compile and analyze Attraction and Selection performance indicators (KPIs), supporting report preparation and identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Contribute to the standardization, continuous improvement and efficiency of recruitment processes, based on data, feedback from business areas and a systemic view of the organization;
  • Stay up to date on trends, tools and methodologies in Recruitment and Selection through benchmarking, contact with consultancies, forums and professional groups;
  • Plan and execute function activities autonomously, relying on manager support or more experienced colleagues for higher-complexity situations;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology;
  • Experience with the Gupy platform;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Previous experience in recruitment and selection;
  • Familiarity with technology systems and agile methodologies;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Experience recruiting for strategic positions in the industrial sector and engineering roles in general.
