About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map, document, audit and keep the organization's processes and procedures up to date, correlating them with the requirements set by standards and applicable legislation, aiming to maintain the Integrated Management System intact and in compliance with established requirements while pursuing continuous improvement of the Organization's Management System.
  • Map the organization's processes, describing the interaction between departments and processes in order to optimize the internal client-supplier chain;
  • Develop, monitor and control procedures/policies and standards linked to the IMS (Integrated Management System), and promote the continuous improvement of the system;
  • Deliver training on the management system;
  • Monitor compliance with the company's legal requirements, providing support to departments to develop action plans;
  • Oversee the integrated systems and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications;
  • Prepare internal audit plans for the current certifications (Scope, Schedule, Diagnosis, Final Report);
  • Support external audits, providing assistance to the auditor and the audited areas;
  • Support internal departments in developing action plans to meet ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements;
  • Critically analyze IMS performance using indicators and corrective and preventive actions, performing follow-up to promote continuous improvement;
  • Collect data for the preparation of management reports;
  • Stay up to date on management tools (quality, strategic planning, risk management, etc.), and comply with the rules and procedures inherent to the role and applicable legislation;
  • Develop and follow up on actions to ensure compliance with environmental requirements;
  • Attend management meetings and prepare reports and minutes;
  • Monitor risks across departments and support the development of mitigation plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Production Engineering;
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred specialization: Risk Management, Internal Controls, or ISO Internal Auditing;
  • Knowledge of the IUS Natura (CAL) tool for monitoring legal requirements;
  • Experience with the SoftExpert (SESuite) system;
  • Fluent in English.
