About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the preparation and analysis of HR metrics and indicator reports;
- Calculate and monitor KPIs to support people management;
- Create dashboards and visualizations to facilitate decision-making;
- Contribute ideas for process automation and continuous improvement;
- Participate in People Analytics projects and innovation initiatives within DHO.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel);
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Experience with Power BI;
- Familiarity with Low-Code platforms.
