About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the preparation and analysis of HR metrics and indicator reports;
  • Calculate and monitor KPIs to support people management;
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to facilitate decision-making;
  • Contribute ideas for process automation and continuous improvement;
  • Participate in People Analytics projects and innovation initiatives within DHO.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel);
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
  • Experience with Power BI;
  • Familiarity with Low-Code platforms.
