About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Service Desk support for resolving Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) tickets;
- Development and execution of an internship project focused on IT Infrastructure;
- Support in managing and monitoring the observability of the IT infrastructure;
- Support for the Microsoft environment for end users;
- Monitoring and execution of data and systems backup routines;
- Support for the infrastructure team's operational activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in Information Systems or related fields, between the 3rd and 7th semester;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Academic or practical experience with monitoring tools, especially Zabbix and Grafana;
- Intermediate English for reading technical documentation.
