About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Fullstack Developer will be responsible for the development, evolution and maintenance of Kyno — Timenow's proprietary generative AI platform.
- Will work on developing new features, integrations, technical improvements and platform support, ensuring scalability, security, performance and usability.
- Will collaborate with AI analysts and business specialists to translate operational requirements into robust, innovative technological solutions using agile practices and modern technologies.
- Responsibilities and duties:
- Continuously develop and evolve Kyno, using React (Mantine UI, TanStack Query, TanStack Router) on the frontend and Python with FastAPI and PostgreSQL on the backend.
- Implement new features, integrations and technical improvements to support Timenow's digital transformation.
- Integrate with corporate systems and generative AI solutions, leveraging Azure Cloud, SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power BI).
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the platform architecture, promoting the adoption of modern technologies and industry best practices.
- Actively participate in product discussions, including user interviews, documenting architectural decisions and validating interfaces (basic experience with Figma is a plus).
- Ensure scalability, security, performance and usability of Kyno to promote sustainable adoption of the platform across the organization.
- Perform testing, validation and documentation of new features, ensuring quality and compliance with corporate standards.
- Contribute to the standardization of methods, patterns and software development approaches to support the scalability and sustainability of solutions.
- Participate in the agile workflow, using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking and pipeline automation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analysis or related fields.
- Proven experience in fullstack development (backend and frontend).
- Knowledge of API integrations, process automation and system architecture.
- Experience in agile environments, participating in sprints, dailies and plannings, with autonomy to manage workload.
- Ability to translate business requirements into robust technological solutions.
- Analytical, organized and results-oriented profile.
- Good communication skills for interacting with technical and business areas.
- You will stand out if:
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud, SharePoint and Power Platform (Power BI).
- Experience developing generative AI platforms, copilots or digital assistants.
- Experience with React (Mantine UI, TanStack Query, TanStack Router), Python with FastAPI and PostgreSQL.
- Experience in complex organizational environments with multiple integrated systems.
- Knowledge of .NET (C#), DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing and information security practices.
