About the role
- Lead the hands-on deployment of generative AI agents and assistants within Timenow's processes.
- Ensure effective adoption of Kyno — Timenow's proprietary generative AI platform — across the employee base.
- Identify use cases, handle configuration and training, monitor outcomes, and manage change.
- Ensure Kyno's success as Timenow's AI platform by promoting adoption aligned with LLM best practices, driving recurring usage, and achieving measurable business-process impact.
- Partner with business leaders, operational teams, technical specialists and developers to identify AI (primarily LLM) opportunities, map use cases and prioritize deployments.
- Configure, optimize and monitor AI assistant applications by adjusting prompts, flows, rules and parameters to meet process objectives.
- Design and implement knowledge management techniques for LLM assistant knowledge bases.
- Monitor usage, engagement, efficiency and operational impact metrics for deployed assistants.
- Support change management by training end users, delivering workshops, collecting feedback and driving continuous improvements.
- Prepare impact reports demonstrating efficiency and productivity gains, cost reductions, risk mitigation and other AI-driven benefits.
- Serve as the focal point for inquiries, functional support and dissemination of best practices related to generative AI and Kyno.
- Contribute to standardizing methods, patterns and deployment approaches to support solution scalability.
- Support the continuous evolution of agents and use cases in collaboration with technical and product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analysis or related fields.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ease interacting across functions.
- Analytical, organized and results-oriented.
- Comfortable leading trainings and supporting end users.
- Basic knowledge of LLMs and AI assistants (GPTs).
- Experience with generative artificial intelligence, AI agents, copilots or building LLM assistants.
- Experience in organizational environments, particularly in front-office areas (Sales and Marketing) and back-office functions (HR, Procurement, Finance, Controllership, etc.).
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, automations or flow logic.
- Experience measuring ROI, operational efficiency or productivity gains.
- Experience implementing digital solutions, automations, analytics or tools/systems for organizing information and knowledge.
