About the role

  • Continuously develop and evolve Kyno, using React (Mantine UI, TanStack Query, TanStack Router) on the frontend and Python with FastAPI and PostgreSQL on the backend.
  • Implement new features, integrations, and technical improvements to support Timenow's digital transformation.
  • Perform integrations with corporate systems and generative AI solutions, leveraging Azure Cloud, SharePoint, and Power Platform (Power BI).
  • Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the platform architecture, promoting the adoption of modern technologies aligned with industry best practices.
  • Actively participate in product discussions, including user interviews, documenting architectural decisions, and validating interfaces (basic experience with Figma is a plus).
  • Ensure scalability, security, performance, and usability of Kyno, promoting sustainable adoption of the platform across the organization.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of new features, ensuring quality and adherence to corporate standards.
  • Serve as a technical reference for the development of AI-based digital solutions, supporting the dissemination of innovation and best practices at Timenow.
  • Contribute to the standardization of methods, patterns, and development approaches, supporting the scalability and sustainability of solutions.
  • Participate in the agile development cycle, using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, and pipeline automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analysis, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in fullstack development (backend and frontend).
  • Knowledge of API integration, process automation, and systems architecture.
  • Experience working in agile environments, participating in sprints, daily stand-ups, and planning sessions, with autonomy to organize workload.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into robust technological solutions.
  • Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and business teams.
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud, SharePoint, and Power Platform (Power BI).
  • Experience developing generative AI platforms, copilots, or digital assistants.
  • Experience with React (Mantine UI, TanStack Query, TanStack Router), Python with FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience in complex organizational environments with multiple integrated systems.
  • Knowledge of .NET (C#), DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and information security practices.
