About the role

  • Actively participate in Attraction and Selection processes, connecting talent to business needs, supporting leadership in decision-making, and contributing to the development of high‑performance teams and strengthening organizational culture.
  • Conduct end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes, from aligning job profiles with hiring managers to attracting, screening, and evaluating candidates, using behavioral and technical interviews;
  • Review psychological reports and other assessment tools, contributing to accurate decisions aligned with HR best practices;
  • Source, attract, and select talent for internal and external positions, ensuring quality and adherence to hiring timelines;
  • Monitor, compile, and analyze Attraction and Selection performance indicators (KPIs), supporting the preparation of reports and identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Contribute to the standardization, continuous improvement, and efficiency of recruitment processes, based on data, feedback from stakeholders, and a systemic view of the business;
  • Stay updated on trends, tools, and methodologies in Recruitment and Selection through benchmarking, contact with consultancies, and participation in industry forums and discussion groups;
  • Plan and execute job responsibilities autonomously, consulting the manager or more experienced colleagues for higher‑complexity situations;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology;
  • Experience with the Gupy platform;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
  • Previous experience in recruitment and selection;
  • Intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of technology systems and agile methodologies;
  • Advanced or fluent English;
  • Experience recruiting for strategic positions in industrial areas and engineering in general.
