About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population
- Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record
- Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes following each session
- Communicate cross functionally with other teams/departments in order to support care continuation as needed
- Adhere to established standards for documentation quality and code of ethics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Active State License in RI, additional state licensures a plus
- Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills
- Experience with crisis intervention/deescalation and safety/treatment planning
- Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at risk populations, and/or experience working in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment
