About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and onboard diverse users (ages 20-70) from marginalized communities, ensuring a 50:50 gender ratio.
Conduct training sessions to understand the project and tasks.
Onboard users by helping them install the Karya app, complete profile tasks, and record a few sample audio tasks.
Guide users in completing recordings.
Ensure users adhere to task guidelines (e.g., no multiple IDs for one person).
Help users enter accurate details (language, PIN code, etc.) into the platform.
Provide ongoing assistance to users to ensure task completion and resolve issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have large connections in the required language/s.
Aged between 18-55 years.
Access to an Android smartphone.
Ability to train and manage multiple users.
Comfortable with using excel and other google tools
