About the role
- Own and manage our CRM and revenue tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Revenue Hero, enrichment and automation tools)
- Design and implement workflows, automations, and triggers to streamline GTM processes
- Proactively identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve system efficiency
- Maintain clean, structured, and reliable data across all revenue systems
- Independently map, document, and improve end-to-end revenue processes
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand operational needs
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or similar roles
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Deep understanding of workflows, data structure, segmentation, and lifecycle management
- Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying and solving problems without being asked
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical solutions
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed, async teams
