About the role

  • Own and manage our CRM and revenue tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Revenue Hero, enrichment and automation tools)
  • Design and implement workflows, automations, and triggers to streamline GTM processes
  • Proactively identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve system efficiency
  • Maintain clean, structured, and reliable data across all revenue systems
  • Independently map, document, and improve end-to-end revenue processes
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand operational needs

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or similar roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Deep understanding of workflows, data structure, segmentation, and lifecycle management
  • Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying and solving problems without being asked
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical solutions
  • Comfortable working remotely with distributed, async teams
