About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor
  • Teach growers and retailers about Timac products and technologies that can improve profitability and sustainability
  • Listen to and understand customer concerns, needs, and preferences
  • Travel within the assigned territory to meet prospective and current customers and introduce products

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Sales experience or motivation to learn
  • Vision and drive to develop and execute a strategic plan
  • Passion for sustainable agriculture
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships based on reliability and trust
  • Valid Driver’s License
