About the role
- Responsible for the sales engagement and management platform for retail networks: through this tool, action plans and indicator monitoring are carried out to address and direct strategy for each retail chain, store/point of sale (POS) and field login.
- Cluster stores/points of sale (POS) and sales representatives;
- Monitor sellers' adoption and funnel, ensuring execution with regional teams and the sales force, and addressing opportunities;
- Monitor logins (registration, deregistration, updates);
- Design weekly actions for each chain/store together with regional teams and the sales force;
- Design communication assets to be published in the platform and ensure their distribution;
- Execute push actions targeted to individuals based on results;
- Understand requirements for ad hoc campaigns, from design and approval to launch;
- Monitor supplier budgets and payments together with the multi strategy area;
- Track gross base vs. logins vs. points awarded;
- Support regional teams and retail chains with issues and inquiries;
- Ensure that our redeemable rewards are attractive and propose enhancement opportunities;
- Coordinate daily operations with partners and ensure deliveries meet our requirements.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales and/or marketing preferred;
- Negotiation skills, seller engagement methodology, and budget control;
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Communications, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields.
