About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for ensuring the development and management of the technical infrastructure required for collections activities
- Control all processes across the Collections chain
- Manage billed bases vs. collections actions
- Perform audits of all actions in the dunning/collections workflow
- Manage the No Dunning process (billing exemption)
- Perform SOX controls for the Collections chain
- Analyze ANATEL complaints
- Oversee the entire negative reporting process (credit bureau listings)
- Develop reports to enable better control of the Collections chain
- Participate in War Rooms with IT
Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate Data Analytics
- Proficiency with SAS
- Experience using Power BI
- Advanced Office Suite skills
- Experience working in Process areas
- Experience with data analysis and report generation
- Experience in the Telecommunications sector, in Collections or Customer Service areas
- Experience using GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science or related fields
