About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for ensuring the development and management of the technical infrastructure required for collections activities
Control all processes across the Collections chain
Manage billed bases vs. collections actions
Perform audits of all actions in the dunning/collections workflow
Manage the No Dunning process (billing exemption)
Perform SOX controls for the Collections chain
Analyze ANATEL complaints
Oversee the entire negative reporting process (credit bureau listings)
Develop reports to enable better control of the Collections chain
Participate in War Rooms with IT

Requirements

What you’ll need

Intermediate Data Analytics
Proficiency with SAS
Experience using Power BI
Advanced Office Suite skills
Experience working in Process areas
Experience with data analysis and report generation
Experience in the Telecommunications sector, in Collections or Customer Service areas
Experience using GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science or related fields
