About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the strategic management and execution of the channel go-to-market, focusing on broker management, commercial structuring, contract governance and revenue acceleration;
  • Operates end-to-end, connecting internal areas with external partners to ensure sustainable growth, risk control and disciplined execution of the channel strategy;
  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for indirect channels (brokers and partners);
  • Structure revenue acceleration initiatives, incentives and commercial campaigns;
  • Support pricing definition, commercial models and discount policies;
  • Manage relationships with brokers (governance, performance and growth);
  • Define and monitor volume, revenue and traffic quality targets;
  • Work on rationalization and prioritization of the partner ecosystem;
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance to mitigate risk (credit, concentration, delinquency);
  • Ensure adherence to commercial policy and regulatory compliance;
  • Centralize channel requests with internal areas (Product, IT, Operations);
  • Prioritize initiatives to maximize commercial impact;
  • Monitor partner performance via KPIs (volume, revenue, margin, delinquency);
  • Identify growth levers and optimization opportunities;
  • Track execution of the commercial plan and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
  • Advanced English (written and spoken);
  • Experience with go-to-market for digital products, telecom or platforms;
  • Management of indirect channels (partners, resellers, brokers);
  • Structuring and negotiating commercial contracts;
  • Pricing and monetization models (volume-based, tiering, rebates);
  • Management of KPIs and commercial performance;
  • Project management skills;
  • Business modeling and building business cases;
  • Desirable: knowledge of the A2P SMS / CPaaS / messaging market (WhatsApp, RCS);
  • Desirable: experience with players such as brokers, aggregators or OTTs;
  • Basic knowledge of credit risk and guarantee models is a plus;
  • Desirable: understanding of regulatory framework (Anatel / basic taxation).
