About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the digital sales strategy and execution across online channels, owning a significant portion of revenue with a focus on sustainable growth, acquisition efficiency and continuous improvement of the customer journey.
  • Lead the entire digital sales area end-to-end.
  • Manage channels such as: Performance (paid media); CRM and conversion; Owned channels (website, app).
  • Continuously optimize the digital sales journey: Conversion; UX/UI; Full funnel (acquisition → sale → retention).
  • Develop convergent sales strategies (fiber + mobile).
  • Build and manage relationships with major platforms: Google; Meta; technology and media ecosystem.
  • Lead initiatives in: Chatbots / automation; CRO (conversion rate optimization); Journey personalization.
  • Manage commercial partners and digital suppliers.
  • Provide leadership for a direct team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of models for: digital direct sales, product convergence (desirable: telecom, recurring services, fintech, etc.).
  • Experience in Growth & Digital.
  • Experience with complex, scaled sales.
  • Experience with digital acquisition (performance).
  • Experience with metrics: CAC, LTV, Conversion and media ROI.
  • Experience with A/B testing, funnel and continuous optimization.
  • Experience in digital product & customer journeys.
  • Experience in ecosystem & partnerships.
  • Preferred experience in telecom, tech / digital-native companies, e-commerce, fintechs, marketplaces and super apps.
  • University degree (complete).
  • MBA in Growth / Digital Business preferred.
  • Certification in Performance Marketing / Digital Analytics preferred.
