Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the management, processing, automation, correlation, analysis and presentation of data related to the Operation and Maintenance of Industrial Buildings and Data Centers.

What you’ll need

**Main responsibilities:**
Collect, store and analyze data obtained from the operational systems of Industrial Buildings and Data Centers related to preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of equipment and infrastructure systems;
Collect, store and analyze data obtained from the operational systems of Industrial Buildings and Data Centers related to the Area's budget management;
Build BI dashboards for managing and monitoring contractual SLAs, budget, scheduled activities, corrective activities, preventive activities and investments with emphasis on risk analysis;
Work together with Engineering teams and Suppliers to prioritize activities based on data analysis focusing on severity, urgency, trend and service impact;
Prepare, maintain and evolve management reports, analytical dashboards, system and process automations, and executive presentations to support decision-making;
Conduct meetings with suppliers to align deliverables and update records;
Support the infrastructure area's budget planning, seeking optimization of OPEX and CAPEX expenses within the maintenance plan;
Prioritize and direct the use of service franchises and invoices (FAT A and B);
Manage offline maintenance and contractual SLA closure, analyze franchise overruns and define action plans;
Evaluate and monitor all operational efficiency indicators that involve franchise consumption and investments (Field, Special Projects);
Support and guide regional teams in mapping strategic action plans for resilience;
Monitor monthly closure of preventive maintenance, franchises, discounts, penalties and applied bonuses;
Assess the effectiveness of preventive maintenance in reducing failures.
**Knowledge, Experience, Education:**
Experience with Business Intelligence tools, programming and AI, such as Power BI, Grafana, Python, Alteryx, SQL, etc.;
User-level knowledge of design/project and application software (AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project);
Experience in data modeling and time series analysis;
Knowledge of governance and analysis of maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, criticality);
Intermediate/advanced English;
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
Experience in budget management with a focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency;
Advantage: technical knowledge of telecommunications networks, integrating electrical and logical infrastructure;
Advantage: experience in critical infrastructure operations and maintenance teams in telecommunications, IT and data center environments (Telcos and Enterprise), including suppliers of mission-critical equipment;
Desirable: knowledge of Agile, Scrum or Lean Six Sigma methodologies;
Experience preparing executive presentations.
