About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for mapping the residential market offers and defining and executing the Acquisition and Convergence Marketing Plan through an innovative and profitable value proposition for TIM Ultrafibra’s residential services and convergent offers.
  • Plan and enable the go-to-market launches of offers aligned with this Marketing Plan and its rollouts.
  • Define and execute the monthly offer strategy by channel and region for Ultrafibra and Convergent products.
  • Build, evolve and manage the value proposition and the convergent product portfolio.
  • Prepare, prioritize and manage offer requests and briefs with Service Creation and IT areas.
  • Develop, monitor and analyze acquisition-related management information and KPIs.
  • Plan, manage and optimize the operating budget (OPEX), ensuring efficiency and rational use of resources.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and monitor broadband market trends and outlook.
  • Map, analyze and improve the customer acquisition journey.
  • Plan, align and oversee the media plan management for Ultrafibra and Convergent products.
  • Conduct strategic alignments with Channels and CRM for offer management by channel and region.
  • Consolidate, monitor and govern the execution of the Marketing Plan (MKT Plan).
  • Develop and implement new business models to expand revenue for Ultrafibra and Convergence.
  • Interface with Strategic Partnerships to evolve and expand the product portfolio.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in product marketing, offer management, commercial planning or market strategy.
  • Preferably experience in telecommunications, broadband or connectivity ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic insights.
  • Experience managing product portfolios and building value propositions.
  • Knowledge of pricing definition, bundle creation and competitive positioning.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and working cross-functionally with multiple areas.
  • Market-oriented, results-driven with strong execution capabilities.
  • Experience with broadband offers and convergent products is a plus.
  • Experience developing new business models is desirable.
  • Experience with acquisition strategies and channel performance is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
