About the role
- Responsible for monitoring budget vs. actual, forecasts and provisions, as well as performing system routines to ensure proper financial and operational control.
- Prepare physical and financial closings for OpEx and Efficiency.
- Analyze variances related to the planned vs. actual deltas of OpEx and Efficiency projects.
- Support operational activities in systems (SAP, Evora, etc.) for data uploads, monitoring and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with relevant areas to ensure alignment of information and focus on objectives.
- Provide monitoring indicators for OpEx and Efficiency cost lines to stakeholders.
- Lead and conduct meetings to follow up on the development of OpEx lines.
- Prepare reports, governance documents and executive presentations, results presentations, information flows, scenario tracking and action plans.
- Review, improve, consolidate and report KPIs for OpEx lines.
- OpEx SCOPE: Prepare/validate the economic feasibility of investment projects and optimization initiatives.
- OpEx SCOPE: Support the investment project approval process in CAC meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Postgraduate specialization in controlling and finance preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Process certification (Process Expert) preferred.
- Experience in the Telecommunications market.
- Experience managing project schedules and timelines for projects in execution.
- Experience preparing budgets and forecasts.
- Experience in revenue and cost projections.
- Experience in technical leadership of squads.
- Experience preparing reports and presentations for C-level executives.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, strategic planning, controlling and preparation of economic and financial feasibility studies.
- Experience in areas/functions that handle strategic or high-complexity projects such as: Strategy, Strategic Planning, Strategic Consulting, Business Development, Corporate Finance.
