About the role
- Responsible for defining guidelines and methodology for project management with respect to schedule and cost, as well as mapping and reporting the impacts and results of programs and projects under their responsibility.
- Apply project management methodologies, ensuring the organization and monitoring of initiatives;
- Provide methodological and tooling support to project members in project management practices;
- Contribute to planning initiatives to ensure value delivery in alignment with the Product Owner (PO);
- Prepare and conduct RFI and RFP processes related to automation and operational efficiency solutions;
- Technically coordinate vendors responsible for development and act as an intermediary between internal teams to enable the delivery of automations;
- Ensure the evolution of tools and solutions that support automations, considering capacity, versioning and technological sustainability;
- Identify and remove technical impediments, conducting diagnostics and proposing practical and objective solutions;
- Conduct research, evaluation and selection of technologies and solutions applicable to the automation ecosystem, and define configuration standards and best practices;
- Lead technical discussions and propose solution architectures appropriate to project needs;
- Prepare reports, governance documents and executive presentations, including result reporting, tracking of indicators and action plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- Experience in project management using Lean and Agile methodologies;
- Experience in software development projects, preferably related to process automation;
- Knowledge of telecommunications network architectures and OSS systems;
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, Unix and Windows Server (2012, 2016 or newer);
- Strong knowledge of technologies and tools for process automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), such as Automation Anywhere 360, as well as development in Python, Java, Angular and Node.js;
- Experience with automation and integration tools and platforms such as Node-RED, IBM Watson, APIs and microservices-based architecture, including messaging systems (Kafka and Redis);
- Knowledge of databases and data integration, including PL/SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, ETL, Azure SQL Database, DataStage, data modeling and visualization tools such as Power BI;
- Knowledge of cloud computing, especially platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
