About the role

  • Responsible for monitoring budgeted vs. actual results, forecasts and provisions, as well as performing routines in supporting systems to ensure proper financial and operational control.
  • Prepare interim accounting reports and period-end closings;
  • Analyze variances between planned and actual results;
  • Support SAP operations for data uploads, monitoring and reconciliations;
  • Manage and archive departmental documentation;
  • Support payment activities for business and technical areas;
  • Review, enhance, consolidate and report KPIs for business and technical areas;
  • Monitor and prepare trend analyses and market best-practice studies, proposing internal improvements and continuous process enhancements;
  • Perform analyses to maximize OPEX through monitoring key business KPIs, weekly previews, rolling forecasts, ex-post analyses and alignment with Accounting and Billing teams;
  • Monitor variables that may lead to cost increases, ensuring correct understanding of such drivers;
  • Consolidate, control and analyze OPEX results;
  • Track the OPEX rollout progress and identify risks and opportunities for each line of business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Engineering, Controllership, Finance or related fields;
  • Experience in budget management;
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and techniques;
  • Knowledge of data analysis;
  • Experience in technology and commercial planning;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
