About the role

  • Create and automate spreadsheets, tools, dashboards and data flows to support mobile access network planning, including using AI (Artificial Intelligence);
  • Participate in the development of the technical planning for the mobile access network (4G/5G) with capacity, coverage and technology evolution plans aimed at improving customer experience and meeting CAPEX, OPEX and Lease targets;
  • Perform economic assessments (Business Plans) for access network investment projects under CAPEX, OPEX, Lease, TCO and NPV considerations;
  • Support the preparation of the Industrial Plan and budget forecasts for the mobile access network;
  • Interface with other departments regarding technical planning and budgeting of the mobile access network to provide information, gather inputs and align expectations;
  • Prepare reports and analyze key KPIs for the mobile access network and customer experience;
  • Extract information and perform data analyses from the various data sources used as inputs for mobile access network planning;
  • Manage and archive the department's documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in telecommunications, electrical, electronic engineering or related fields;
  • Experience with mobile access networks (5G/4G);
  • Knowledge of technical and customer-experience metrics for mobile networks;
  • Knowledge of mobile telecommunications network architecture;
  • Proficiency with Office suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Plus: experience with analytical process automation (Alteryx or similar);
  • Plus: experience with AI tools for process automation;
  • Plus: experience in telecommunications network planning;
  • Plus: experience in economic evaluations of projects (Business Plans);
  • Plus: advanced knowledge of Power BI.
