About the role

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining the analytical and artificial intelligence solutions for the Regional Network Operations structure, taking into account the main performance indicators of Network Operations and field activities carried out by contracted vendors, ensuring their availability, proper functioning and optimization.
  • Main activities
  • Deploy solutions;
  • Create Power BI reports/dashboards for quick visualization of indicators;
  • Provide specialized support to solution users in case of problems or outages, investigating and resolving application-related incidents;
  • Promote improvements to existing processes and solutions;
  • Manage the execution of batch processes across environments;
  • Define, diagnose and correct data load and extraction routines;
  • Define, diagnose and fix code errors in applications (sustainment/support);
  • Manage suppliers regarding the monitoring of established quality indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Technology or Data Science;
  • Experience managing SQL databases and building Power BI solutions for monitoring indicators;
  • Experience in data analysis with statistical treatment in the operation and maintenance of mobile and transport networks;
  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence.
