About the role

  • Responsible for managing projects with an IT interface and reporting the impacts and results of programs and projects under their responsibility.
  • Apply project management methodology;
  • Work with involved areas to ensure alignment of information and focus on objectives, especially IT;
  • Have experience with IT project testing scenarios;
  • Prepare scope statements for systems projects;
  • Manage project scope, costs and schedule (timeline);
  • Monitor KPIs related to project delivery and subsequent operation;
  • Conduct meetings with IT/vendors to align scope or address project questions;
  • Manage user accounts and profiles: maintain the profile base and oversee functionalities of consumer systems;
  • Create presentations and management reports.
