About the role
- Responsible for financial planning and budgeting activities, as well as procurement and acquisitions, monitoring budgeted vs. actuals, forecasts and provisions, and performing routines in support systems and managing supplier contracting and payment processes to ensure proper financial and operational control.
- Apply company guidelines in line with internal policies and procedures (e.g., finance, procurement and contracting, accounts payable, among others);
- Support the area in resolving questions related to Planning and Control;
- Support the preparation of the Industrial Plan;
- Prepare budgets (Budget / Forecast) - CAPEX and OPEX;
- Prepare financial previews and provisions;
- Support activities related to the accounting close;
- Monitor the area's contracts;
- Support activities related to SAP operations for data uploads, as well as monitoring and reconciliations;
- Manage and archive area documents that support the activity;
- Support activities related to the area's payments;
- Review, improve, consolidate and report the area's KPIs related to the topic;
- Support the supplier contracting process for projects related to the area;
- Monitor and prepare studies on market trends and best practices, propose internal improvements and continuous process enhancements;
- Prepare and validate the economic viability of investment projects / optimization initiatives;
- Support the approval process for investment projects at CAC meetings;
- Consolidate and analyze Actual vs Plan variances;
- Prepare monthly investment monitoring reports;
- Consolidate and analyze ex-post analyses of investment projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields;
- Experience in business processes, procurement of goods and services, supply/sourcing, PDCA and Forecasting;
- Experience in Telecommunications;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Mandatory knowledge of SAP;
- Knowledge of automation tools and Alteryx;
- Intermediate English is desirable.
