About the role

  • Responsible for positioning IoT & 5G products and solutions for the B2B segment, both internally and externally, including launching new products and solutions; planning and coordinating the necessary actions (events, communications, media, social networks, channel, etc.) according to the specific characteristics of different business verticals (Agribusiness, Industry, Logistics, etc.).
  • Develop Go-to-Market plans and materials for products and solutions;
  • Enable positioning for different business verticals, ensuring alignment with TIM's strategy for the B2B market;
  • Ensure the necessary actions for issuing press releases that communicate TIM's B2B positioning, based on the strategy for different business verticals;
  • Create guidance materials for commercial teams, including playbooks and market studies to drive new business generation;
  • Coordinate the customer engagement framework for IoT & 5G clients;
  • Monitor the department budget: annual budget planning and justification, revisions, and monthly expense control;
  • Prepare executive presentations for client meetings and events;
  • Develop GTM performance dashboards and reports (pipeline, leads, conversions, ROI);
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking (competitors, trends, partner activity);
  • Identify new opportunities (events, verticals, partnerships);
  • Create opportunity maps by vertical/region;
  • Update the library of case studies, results, and proofs of value;
  • Organize field data and learnings (events, campaigns, visits);
  • Ensure consistency between timelines, budgets, and deliverables;
  • Support execution of initiatives and events, interfacing with the Advertising team to ensure events align with TIM's B2B strategy;
  • Handle procurement and control of promotional items and uniforms

Requirements

  • Experience in areas such as Marketing, Trade, Channels, Commercial Intelligence, Communications, etc.;
  • Knowledge of Marketing;
  • Experience preparing executive presentations;
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
