About the role

  • Responsible for conceiving, developing and managing digital products, ensuring they are adaptable and aligned with market needs with a focus on delivering the best customer experience
  • Translate business area needs (problems, processes, etc.) using advanced analysis techniques
  • Senior-level experience negotiating with major partners
  • Experience negotiating digital partnerships
  • Ability to negotiate improvements, revisit agreements and propose continuous optimizations
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence with a practical view of its application in products and processes
  • Analyze competitive information with a focus on comparing digital products
  • Understanding of new payment methods, including emerging options and digital payment flows
  • Define product specifications based on various factors and use cases, working closely with clients and other company functions (developers, designers and engineers)
  • Manage and source new partners for mobile top-up/prepaid recharge sales through digital channels.

Requirements

  • Senior-level negotiation experience with major partners
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence with a practical focus on applying it to products and processes
  • Understanding of new payment methods, including emerging options and digital payment flows
  • Project Management and Design Thinking
  • Lean/Agile development methodologies
  • CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • Familiarity with UX strategy methodologies
  • Understanding of consumer behavior from a digital perspective
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering (completed)
