About the role
- Manage transportation activities across the various fronts of the operational logistics chain (incidents, deliveries, freight validations, claims, failed deliveries, information, etc.);
- Monitor KPIs and performance notifications when delivery targets are not met for the process;
- Analyze and control materials held by partners and inventory with our logistics operators;
- Plan and monitor operational actions for reverse logistics and refurbishment of equipment;
- Monitor suppliers' compliance with logistics service contracts, ensuring the contracted services are executed as agreed;
- Support sales channels/internal clients in logistics-related interactions, ensuring expected deliveries and addressing reported demands;
- Analyze data related to all aspects of the logistics operation, converting it into actionable information to support improvements, decision-making and management reporting;
- Apply an agile mindset across logistics fronts, seeking value-driven deliveries with an appropriate sense of urgency;
- Continuously seek market opportunities and innovations, as well as identify potential new partners to improve service quality and drive area growth;
- Participate in projects and processes, ensuring alignment with logistics operations and meeting mapped objectives;
- Identify and adopt system tools or Artificial Intelligence solutions that provide advantages for daily activities and deliver differentiated results with higher productivity.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Operations, or Industrial/Production Engineering;
- Strong aptitude for data analysis and manipulation;
- Focus on continuous improvement;
- Experience in contract management;
- Skills in Power BI, SQL, logical reasoning, Microsoft Office suite and project management;
- Experience with logistics operations (Invoicing/Billing, Transportation and Warehousing);
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is desirable;
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools.
