About the role

  • Responsible for conceptualizing the solution that best fits the client’s business and that can be developed smoothly according to the adopted technology.
  • Design and define the architecture for new or existing complex systems;
  • Gather client and user requirements and specifications when defining the architecture;
  • Elicit functional and technical requirements and produce project specifications;
  • Define and analyze the proposed solution from a detailed technical perspective and in integration with other systems;
  • Prepare and validate technical documentation such as requirements specifications and integration documents;
  • Anticipate possible issues, impacts on models/prototypes and connections with other existing systems;
  • Manage project scope, costs and timelines (schedule);
  • Develop integrated schedules with other applications;
  • Create test plans for the proposed solutions;
  • Prepare status reports for project management;
  • Monitor KPIs related to project delivery and subsequent operations;
  • Oversee testing (ST, UAT and pre-production);
  • Track problem and bug resolution;
  • Follow up on post-rollout activities together with the Operations team and impacted areas;
  • Use automation and artificial intelligence solutions to accelerate specification, development and technical validation processes;
  • Collaborate with product, design and data teams to transform business problems into intelligent solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in project leadership;
  • Project management;
  • Agile and Waterfall development methodologies;
  • Application architecture;
  • Knowledge of DevOps;
  • Desirable knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Shell Script, R, Python, Scala, Java, etc.);
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, or a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related fields;
