About the role
- Responsible for participating in the definition of the solution that best fits the client’s business and that can be developed according to the adopted technology.
- Manage technical and human resources for projects, promoting alignment between teams and ensuring deliveries within scope, schedule, and expected quality;
- Monitor project scope, costs and timelines (schedule) using agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum and Kanban) and traditional methodologies (PMBOK);
- Lead executive alignments and influence stakeholders across commercial, product and technology areas;
- Work on the development of experimentation platforms (offline and online), from discovery through continuous scaled operation;
- Define technical and architectural guidelines for complex systems, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and focusing on scalability, security and interoperability;
- Gather client and user requirements and specifications when defining the architecture, acting as a bridge between business, product and technology areas;
- Conduct collection of functional requirements and project specifications, considering integration between systems;
- Develop specifications for proposed architectural solutions, aligned with data strategy, AI and digital products;
- Analyze proposed solutions from a technical perspective in detail, assessing feasibility, risks and impacts on existing systems;
- Prepare technical documentation of requirement specifications and status reports for project management, using modern documentation and management tools;
- Develop schedules and test plans for proposed solutions, including integration, performance and security testing;
- Oversee tests (ST, UAT and pre-production), ensuring quality and technical compliance;
- Monitor problem and bug resolution, acting as a technical reference in the analysis and resolution of incidents;
- Identify potential issues, impacts on models/prototypes and connections with other existing systems, promoting technical governance and risk mitigation;
- Monitor KPIs related to project delivery and subsequent operation, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements;
- Evaluate and decide between internal (build) or market (buy) solutions, considering integration with data ecosystems, AI and digital platforms;
- Draw inspiration from global benchmarks to ensure speed and quality in solution delivery, promoting dozens of weekly experiments with methodological rigor;
- Use automation and artificial intelligence solutions to accelerate specification, development and technical validation processes.
Requirements
- Agile development methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and traditional methodologies (PMBOK);
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams around a strategic agenda of experimentation and innovation;
- Programming in R or Python for analyses, simulations and technical validations;
- Data modeling and data-oriented architecture;
- Project management and technical documentation tools;
- Digital transformation strategies and legacy systems modernization;
- Management of complex stakeholders and strategic communication with executives;
- Frameworks for experimentation governance and definition of organizational success metrics;
- Recommendation and personalization systems based on experimentation (Next Best Action / Offer);
- Familiarity with automation and AI tools applied to the software development lifecycle;
- Application architecture and systems integration;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration with emphasis in Information Systems, or Systems Analysis and Development.
