About the role
- Technical lead responsible for analyzing performance and performing diagnostics related to customers' telecommunications services.
- Analyze performance and perform diagnostics for fixed broadband services (Ultrafibra) for customers, using technical and business indicators.
- Identify improvement opportunities in processes and provide feedback across the value chain to drive enhancements.
- Analyze post-sale orders (system requests) (e.g., address changes, temporary service suspensions, failures in the system processing of these requests), identifying systemic, process, and operational opportunities.
- Analyze the impact of failures (repairs or mass incidents) on customer services and their consequences (consumer protection complaints, churn, or repeat contacts to support).
Requirements
- Knowledge of Telecommunications.
- Experience using Power BI dashboards.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Preferable experience in Fixed Broadband.
- Currently pursuing a university degree.
- Preferred degrees: Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or Production/Industrial Engineering (with a focus on processes and quality).
