About the role

  • Responsible for providing the necessary support and assistance to the commercial network regarding product supply, ensuring healthy inventory levels and appropriate, effective monitoring of the commercialization process.
  • Ensure product/service replenishment activities to partners/customers, in collaboration with other relevant functions, through management of the respective dedicated procedures/systems.
  • Allocate all products by region and sales channel using the dedicated systems.
  • Balance inventory to ensure equity in product availability according to sales planning.
  • Collect and analyze relevant data to forecast demand and inventory by product to ensure healthy stock levels and increase business profitability.
  • Recommend forecast adjustments based on changes in demand, market trends, sales history, promotions, stock levels, and other factors.
  • Contribute to successful replenishment by working closely on operational forecasting and order management with Sales to maximize sales potential and the customer experience.
  • Monitor established inventory targets.
  • Generate weekly and monthly statistical reports with demand forecasts to be used in S&OP meetings.
  • Manage and control inventory to support sales planning.
  • Develop performance indicators to generate insights.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Logistics (Inventory Management)
  • Performance monitoring
  • Experience with SAP
  • Full Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering/Exact Sciences, Logistics, or Marketing.
