About the role
- Responsible for developing projects and action plans by monitoring sales and competitiveness indicators to ensure efficiency and the best commercial results for the company.
- Develop and implement commercial distribution strategies focused on performance and channel expansion (direct and indirect);
- Monitor sales, coverage and channel productivity indicators, proposing action plans for continuous improvement;
- Serve as a bridge between internal areas, ensuring strategy rollout and an efficient replenishment/supply operation;
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities to improve operational routines;
- Lead special projects focused on innovation and digitization of the replenishment journey;
- Actively participate in internal forums, contributing insights and best practices;
- Contribute to successful replenishment by working closely with Sales channels on operational forecasting and orders to maximize sales potential and customer experience;
- Monitor the progress of promotions and their sales processes, identifying opportunities related to supply operations;
- Ensure information dissemination to reinforce current and new processes;
- Act as a change agent for internal process improvements, proposing procedural and systems enhancements.
Requirements
- Strong experience in commercial areas, with a focus on distribution, sales channels, or trade marketing;
- Experience in tracking targets and performance indicators;
- Previous involvement in strategic projects, channel expansion, or initiatives to improve commercial processes;
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar;
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Statistics, Logistics Management, or Business Administration.
