About the role

  • Responsible for prospecting and managing the client portfolio within the Agribusiness vertical, with a focus on the Grains sector.
  • Ensure growth of IoT commercial opportunities, capturing market share in the B2B segment, focusing on connectivity and the development of the IoT & 5G solutions portfolio.
  • Operate in accordance with the defined operating model for the IoT & 5G sales team;
  • Ensure portfolio coverage with the goal of maximizing opportunities with clients, whether IoT or ICT, managing the entire customer lifecycle within TIM;
  • Develop and pursue new IoT business to increase the sales pipeline;
  • Work together with the Business Developer on go-to-market strategy and defining the business model for clients in the Agribusiness vertical;
  • Identify customer needs and capture opportunities primarily in IoT products, but also in ICT products;
  • Understand the client structure, their processes and network of influence;
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, ensuring engagement with TIM’s Executive Board and other client levels;
  • Collaborate with pre-sales to prepare the best technical and commercial proposals for IoT and ICT solutions;
  • Prospect new clients through market relationships and influencers/partners/suppliers;
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to uncover new opportunities and adjust the value proposition;
  • Participate in trade shows, events, seminars and industry communities, promoting TIM’s image beyond connectivity as a technology solutions company.
  • Develop relationships to engage companies relevant to the Agribusiness community (manufacturers, suppliers, specialized consultants, etc.)

Requirements

  • Commercial experience in large B2B accounts;
  • Specialist in the relevant IoT sector/vertical;
  • Must reside in the operating region (Cuiabá, Primavera do Leste, Rondonópolis or Campo Verde);
  • Experience in leading complex negotiations of IoT services and solutions with an overall understanding of the vertical’s business;
  • Strong knowledge of the client market, identifying legal, regulatory and tax impacts, etc., during negotiations;
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B);
  • Fluent/advanced English desirable (written and spoken);
  • University degree completed in General Engineering or Agricultural Sciences.
