About the role

  • Responsible for ensuring the best customer service journey (inbound contact or through specific platforms).
  • Responsible for welcoming, handling, resolving, and communicating with customers (outbound contact and/or via email and messaging apps).
  • Provide customer service (external and internal) aimed at ensuring the best customer journey, with the objective of turning complainants into satisfied customers reflected in the satisfaction score.
  • Interpret consumer complaints and work on correcting root causes.
  • Formalize the handling of requests clearly and concisely, ensuring understanding by customers (external/internal).
  • Ensure adherence (achievement of targets) to operational and business KPIs, maintaining attainment of proposed goals.
  • Use tools (technical and registration systems) and platforms used in service to consult and record information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams via messaging apps, email, and phone to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (completed).
  • Experience using computer tools and Microsoft Office suite (at least intermediate level).
  • Experience working in customer service areas; experience with critical customers (escalation/appeals channels) is a plus.
  • Basic math skills.
