About the role

  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting the main volume lines, focusing on the breakdown of sales results across various monitoring KPIs arising from interaction with business areas for monthly closing, budgeting and its revisions, and analyzing the corresponding variances.
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies for strategic B2B projects with a focus on IoT.
  • Develop and monitor business plans (BPs), ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct diagnostic studies and propose action plans for multidisciplinary topics involving multiple business areas.
  • Design and review processes and operational routines, promoting efficiency and standardization.
  • Implement and update management controls and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Respond to ad hoc, time-sensitive requests and analyses that contribute to understanding the business dynamics as required by the relevant forum.
  • Work collaboratively with partner areas such as Commercial, Product, Finance and Technology.
  • Prepare executive presentations and decision-support materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience with financial analysis tools and predictive modeling.
  • Experience in digital transformation or automation projects.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
