About the role
- Provide customers with differentiated brand experiences through planning and coordinating sponsorships, events, and activations, seeking business opportunities, reinforcing brand values, and contributing to brand preference;
- Plan, execute, and coordinate brand events and sponsorships with a national strategy, considering business objectives and an ESG focus;
- Develop and implement activations that deliver brand, product, and service experiences to reinforce positioning and values, creating a positive relationship between the customer and the company;
- Materialize, through experiences, the pillars of brand value creation with a unified message, resulting in increased preference and reduced rejection across Brazil;
- Plan sponsorship pillars at national and regional levels by analyzing and recommending events to sponsor, ensuring delivery of an annual calendar, as well as execution and activation of experiences that materialize TIM's values and concepts for customers, creating moments and memories that foster a positive relationship with the brand;
- Create an annual music events schedule, analyzing and negotiating with event organizers or developing proprietary events that convey the brand's values;
- Plan, analyze, create, and implement concepts and activations to amplify tech-enabled experience projects;
- Plan, structure, produce, and execute commercial and corporate events, whether open to the public or restricted, and support the company's participation in industry-specific events;
- Coordinate activities working integrally across channels and identify opportunities and synergies between initiatives;
- Define, together with stakeholders, the main concept and macro objectives of actions (mission, positioning, target audiences, live experience, etc.);
- Manage the area budget: annual budget planning and justification, revisions, and monthly expense control;
- Carry out and manage all steps for implementing incentive projects: from liaising with proponents to present proposals, through aligning and approving balances with Finance, to coordinating with incentive project agencies for correct submission of documentation;
- Collect public information, prepare reports, and research relevant data for the organization and define event projects by preparing logistical and organizational plans (e.g., location, event calendar, etc.);
- Manage the execution of events and sponsorships, including on-site monitoring of deliverables;
- Complete the steps for demand approvals: prepare presentations and internal justifications (executive board), track feedback, and maintain internal controls for Audit and Compliance;
- Select suppliers and manage vendor relationships, with support from relevant functions;
- Prospect new opportunities for events, sponsorships, and activations aligned with the brand strategy;
- Establish and use KPIs to measure the return on actions;
- Monitor results to measure success and generate insights.
Requirements
- Experience working in areas such as marketing and communications;
- Knowledge of marketing principles;
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and application of sustainability tools in events;
- Methodologies and techniques for event organization and management;
- Experience planning and executing medium- and large-scale events;
- Budget management;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
