About the role

  • Responsible for developing operational technical documentation, acceptance/homologation, procedures, and configuration best practices;
  • PVV/PQR for validation of new equipment and features;
  • Responsible for operational validation of equipment supply and support contracts and for response, quality and SLA indicators of trouble-ticket queues and Packet Loss indicators in the national transport network;
  • Final level of technical support (N3) for Microwave Radio equipment and management of the national network estate;
  • Provide level-3 support for microwave equipment to TIM internal teams;
  • Analyze remediation and post-mortem reports for level-3 national incidents;
  • Interface with and coordinate Microwave Radio equipment suppliers;
  • Manage System Support contracts (SLAs and service quality);
  • Manage the national software estate for Microwave Radio equipment;
  • Interface with Implementation and Engineering teams for project review and development;
  • Monitor trouble-ticket queues to meet SLA targets and support operations teams;
  • Participate in and lead the study and development of automations and reports aimed at accelerating and improving internal activities and workflows;
  • Create technical documentation, procedures, and configuration best practices.

Requirements

  • University degree (completed);
  • Experience in Operation and Maintenance of Microwave Radio networks (Huawei, SIAE, Ericsson, Nokia, Furukawa, Ceragon, and NEC);
  • Knowledge of IP protocols, OSPF routing, and static routing;
  • Desirable: familiarity with Agile methodologies;
  • Desirable: proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
