About the role
- Responsible for developing insights and recommendations for company areas regarding improvements and business opportunities by cross-referencing geographic information with customer profiles and behaviors.
- Assess the impact of Consumer offers/apps on network traffic;
- Practice governance of data traffic on 4G and 5G technologies, and other related KPIs;
- Generate the network budget and traffic forecast with a Marketing perspective for disclosure to the CTO;
- Generate the budget and forecast for international roaming traffic for disclosure to Wholesale;
- Interface between the technical areas of the CTO (Engineering & Network) to evaluate coverage projects and network information (Traffic, BOU, MOU) and Data users;
- Ensure support to Commercial and Regional teams, focusing on expansion projects and ad-hoc analyses;
- Ensure support to the marketing directors, focusing on analyses related to traffic behavior.
Requirements
- Knowledge of mobile networks and telecom market offerings;
- Deep understanding of processes;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Experience in the Telecommunications market;
- Experience in data science and analysis in SAS & Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
- Experience in executive presentations;
- Advantage: prior experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS);
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Geography, Engineering, or related fields.
