About the role
- Learn the various tasks of a system integrator
- Work independently on projects, e.g., installing hardware and software
- Troubleshoot system errors and provide customer advice and training
- Acquire comprehensive technical foundations in PC and server components, as well as network, storage, and security
- Specialize in an area, e.g., data center technologies
Requirements
- You have at least the Fachabitur (technical secondary school diploma) or an equivalent qualification with a technical focus at the start of the apprenticeship
- You have a strong passion for IT and technology
- You approach questions in a structured and analytical way
- You enjoy finding solutions through independent research
- You are communicative and like supporting your team members
- You want to further develop in areas such as presentation techniques, communication, or project management
