About the role
- Build and execute a B2B lead generation strategy targeting resellers, brands, and retailers across the UK & EU.
- Set up, manage, and optimise HubSpot pipelines, automations, and integrations.
- Build fast, high-converting landing pages (Webflow, HubSpot CMS, Notion pages, or no-code tools).
- Implement Typeform (or similar) for lead capture, qualification and routing.
- Analyse competitor outreach + funnel strategies and apply insights to improve acquisition.
- Take ownership of lead quality, calling leads to verify interest + needs + readiness.
- Set up clear reporting across CPL, CPA, conversion rates, lead velocity, and funnel health.
- Collaborate with sales, category managers, and product to align messaging and targeting.
- Scale lead-generation channels to deliver consistent, high-intent B2B leads at efficient payback periods.
- Drive down Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Close (CPCL) through channel and funnel optimisation.
- Build multichannel acquisition across LinkedIn Ads, Meta, TikTok, cold email, content, webinars, events, and partnerships.
- Develop and test new B2B landing pages, funnels, and qualification frameworks.
- Lead the development of an in-house outbound engine (email sequencing, CRM enrichment, data tools).
- Make product and onboarding recommendations to improve B2B conversion and reseller experience.
- Support category teams by generating lead lists for retailers, wholesalers, and niche brands.
- Build and manage external agencies or freelancers (performance, copy, design) when needed.
- Stay on top of market trends and competitor messaging to keep our approach fresh and relevant.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B demand generation, growth, or performance marketing (ideally SaaS, marketplace, or lead-gen heavy environments).
- Proven experience building a B2B lead-acquisition engine that delivers a consistent flow of qualified leads and drives measurable increases in closed-won deals — not just volume, but high-intent leads that convert.
- Deep working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, automation, workflows, lists, and reporting.
- Ability to build and iterate landing pages quickly (Webflow, no-code, or HubSpot CMS).
- Experience using Typeform, Zapier/Make, or workflow tools for smart qualification + routing.
- Strong understanding of lead funnels, attribution, ICP targeting, and data-driven optimisation.
- Comfortable jumping on calls to qualify leads, understand objections, and feed insights back to the funnel.
- Strong analytical skills—you obsess over CPL, conversion rates, and funnel drop-offs.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, categories, product, and data.
