Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience shipping consumer products at meaningful scale, ideally in fintech/lending/credit space
Operated in high-growth environments, making crisp decisions without perfect information
At Director level today, or Group/Lead/Principal PM ready to step up
Managed other PMs and mentored them
Speak the language of business - revenue, profit, retention, credit policy
Ability to author and defend product strategies under pressure
Data-first player/coach who is not afraid to get hands dirty
