Engineering Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and execute the engineering roadmap across NIRA
- Raise the bar on engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, reliability, observability)
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers
- Drive technical decisions that balance speed, quality, and scalability
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver meaningful business outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years in engineering, with 3+ years in management
- Experience leading teams in startup or scaling environments
- Strong track record improving engineering standards and delivery
- Comfortable operating across product, infrastructure, and data
- Clear communicator with a bias for action.
