  • Define, evolve, and uphold design standards and best practices across Tilt’s product ecosystem, helping shape the overall design culture.
  • Translate customer insights, product requirements, and business goals into clear, intuitive user experiences and interfaces.
  • Partner with marketing to extend product design into brand and growth surfaces, including web landing pages, lifecycle communications (email, push), and paid acquisition channels.

  • Collaborate to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand expression across product, marketing, and communications.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on designs, incorporating feedback from cross-functional partners and performance data; experience running AB tests and tracking user behavior to validate assumptions.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative signals to evaluate design effectiveness, including product metrics and creative performance, and apply learnings to future work.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience across product design, UI/UX, visual design, or digital design.
  • Proven experience designing consumer-facing digital or mobile products; own design projects across the entire product lifecycle and iterations that follow
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across product, brand, and growth design (e.g., product flows, landing pages, email, paid ads).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma (Sketch acceptable); fluency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong eye for typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience rapidly iterating designs and building prototypes.
  • Strong customer empathy and ability to translate user needs into thoughtful design solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to give and receive feedback constructively.
