Art Director

• - Lead the creative strategy and execution across integrated 360° campaigns (brand, retail, digital, and social)
• - Partner closely with Strategy and Account teams to develop creative strategies for clients
• - Present work with confidence and persuasion, both internally and externally, demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client’s challenge
• - Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing creative team
• - Ensure work meets the highest standards of craft, timeliness, and profitability
• - Evaluate creative performance post-launch and apply insights to future work
• - Collaborate with Project Management to shape scopes, budgets, and resourcing
• - Build strong, trusted client relationships that drive long-term growth
• - Perform other related duties as assigned
