About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end delivery of complex analytical initiatives from business question framing to execution and stakeholder follow-through
Support ad-hoc analysis, providing interpretive framing and actionable recommendations
Operate as a trusted analytics advisor, translating complex findings into decision-relevant narratives
Design and support A/B tests and communicate results
Act as the team's primary Google Analytics expert
Design, build, and maintain high-performing Explores and dashboards in Looker
Ensure metric definitions are canonical and consistent in the semantic layer
Own data quality and collaborate with Data Engineers to resolve issues
Mentor Junior Data Analysts and build reusable assets to enhance team efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-7 years of total experience in data analytics
4-5 years of advanced SQL experience (window functions, CTEs, query optimization)
3-4 years of experience with Business Intelligence tools (Looker expert, LookML development)
2-3 years of Google Analytics experience (GA4 implementation and reporting)
1-2 years of Python programming for data manipulation and automation (preferred)
2-3 years of experience with A/B Testing and Experimentation
3-4 years of Statistical Analysis experience
Hands-on experience with AI tools (GPT-4, Gemini, Cortex Analyst) and AI output validation
Cross-functional collaboration experience with Marketing, Product, Finance, Engineering teams
