About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end delivery of complex analytical initiatives.
Support ad-hoc analysis for Tillster customers, executives, and internal stakeholders.
Act as the team's primary Google Analytics subject matter expert.
Design, build, and maintain high-performing Explorers and dashboards in Looker.
Develop LookML for owned domains to a high quality standard.
Ensure metric definitions in owned domains are canonical and consistent.
Own the accuracy and freshness of all data products in scope.
Write high-quality, performant SQL and collaborate with Data Engineers.
Mentor Junior Data Analysts through paired analysis and structured review.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-7 years of total experience in analytics
4-5 years of experience with SQL & Data Analysis
3-4 years of experience with Business Intelligence Tools, specifically Looker
2-3 years of experience with Google Analytics
1-2 years of experience with Python/Programming (preferred)
2-3 years of experience with A/B Testing & Experimentation
3-4 years of experience with Statistical Analysis
1-2 years of experience in AI-Augmented Analytics
4-6 years of experience in Business & Communication Skills, specifically Stakeholder Management
2-3 years of experience in Leadership & Mentorship, specifically Team Leadership
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
